The following is the list of clients and projects:\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First Baptist Church \u2013 Somerset, NJ &#8211; new 73,000 square feet church construction, $26 million, conventional financing, completed<\/p>\n<p>First Baptist Development and Urban Renewal Corporation \u2013 New Brunswick, NJ &#8211; renovation and new construction of 126 mixed-income condominium, $11 million, conventional, state and local financing, completed<\/p>\n<p>Renaissance 2000 Development, LLP \u2013 Franklin Township, NJ &#8211; downtown center creation project, $42 million, structured development team, status undetermined.<\/p>\n<p>Allen AME Housing Corp. \u2013 Queens, NY &#8211; rehabilitation of 9 scattered low income housing units, $3 million, convention, state and local financing, completed<\/p>\n<p>Allen Development, LP \u2013 Queens, NY &#8211; 54 unit low income and mixed-use, $12 million, conventional, state and local financing, completed<\/p>\n<p>Allen Senior Housing \u2013 Queens, NY &#8211; 80 unit senior housing, $15 million, conventional, federal (HUD), state and local financing.  Closed out the financial obligation reporting side of the project, completed<\/p>\n<p>Lincoln Park Redevelopment, LLC \u2013 Newark, NJ &#8211; 40 units of mixed-income and mixed-use LEED certified townhouses and condominiums, conventional, state, local and private financing, under construction<\/p>\n<p>Corinthians, Inc. \u2013 Newark, NJ &#8211; 20 unit transitional housing rehab.  $2 million, state and conventional financing.  Project is completed.<\/p>\n<p>Lincoln Park LIHTC, LLC, Newark, NJ \u2013 66 units of low income housing which will be LEED certified once completed.  $21 million of conventional and federal, state and local funding.  Project under construction.<\/p>\n<p>187 W. Hanover, LLC \u2013 Trenton, NJ \u2013 4 condos and 2 townhomes which will be LEED certified.  Predevelopment has been received in excess of $100,000.
