Advising a religious institution on the structure and development of an 12,000 square foot church and a 60,000 square foot residential building.

Zion evaluated several development proposals and advised in the selection of the development partner. Negotiated on behalf of the client to maximize the market value of the development rights. Serves as a liaison to the project’s architects, attorneys, accountants and other professionals. Manages the overall project on behalf of the client.
