LaMont Summersett, an auditor by trade, has spent the last ten years working with development entities through out the tri-state area, through his extensive knowledge project management and construction financing, complete neighborhood development projects. The following is the list of clients and projects: 

First Baptist Church – Somerset, NJ – new 73,000 square feet church construction, $26 million, conventional financing, completed

First Baptist Development and Urban Renewal Corporation – New Brunswick, NJ – renovation and new construction of 126 mixed-income condominium, $11 million, conventional, state and local financing, completed

Renaissance 2000 Development, LLP – Franklin Township, NJ – downtown center creation project, $42 million, structured development team, status undetermined.

Allen AME Housing Corp. – Queens, NY – rehabilitation of 9 scattered low income housing units, $3 million, convention, state and local financing, completed

Allen Development, LP – Queens, NY – 54 unit low income and mixed-use, $12 million, conventional, state and local financing, completed

Allen Senior Housing – Queens, NY – 80 unit senior housing, $15 million, conventional, federal (HUD), state and local financing. Closed out the financial obligation reporting side of the project, completed

Lincoln Park Redevelopment, LLC – Newark, NJ – 40 units of mixed-income and mixed-use LEED certified townhouses and condominiums, conventional, state, local and private financing, under construction

Corinthians, Inc. – Newark, NJ – 20 unit transitional housing rehab. $2 million, state and conventional financing. Project is completed.

Lincoln Park LIHTC, LLC, Newark, NJ – 66 units of low income housing which will be LEED certified once completed. $21 million of conventional and federal, state and local funding. Project under construction.

187 W. Hanover, LLC – Trenton, NJ – 4 condos and 2 townhomes which will be LEED certified. Predevelopment has been received in excess of $100,000. Project is currently in the design/development stage.
