Advising a religious institution on the structure and development of a 18,000 square foot church and a 92,000 square foot residential development and 8,000 square feet of retail/commercial space.

Zion evaluated potential developers and advised on the selection of the appropriate development partner. Negotiated on behalf of the client to maximize the market value of the development rights. Acts as a liaison to the project’s architects, attorneys, accountants and other professionals.
